Privacy
Your working files stay on your Mac.

App data
DiscForge reads mounted audio tracks and creates archive files locally on your Mac. The app does not upload audio contents, require an account or include advertising trackers.
Optional metadata lookup
If you choose Look up, the album and artist search terms you entered are sent to the public MusicBrainz service. Audio files, checksums, cover art and destination paths are not included in that request.
Website and checkout
This website may produce ordinary server access logs. Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record under its own privacy terms. Shipmac receives the purchase details needed to deliver and support the app; payment-card details are not handled by the app.
Diagnostics
No analytics or automatic crash-reporting service is enabled in the current Release build. If you voluntarily share a diagnostic file or sample with Shipmac, it will only be used to investigate the issue you reported.
Changes
This page will be updated if the app adds another network feature or third-party service.
